Meet the Founder

My journey with meditation began at the age of eight while growing up in Auroville, where conscious living shaped daily life. Over time, this foundation deepened through years in a Buddhist monastery and work with retreat centers across India and Thailand.

BreathBodyBalance grew from this lived experience, creating spaces to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with clarity and care.
